File Privacy Settings

There are three Privacy Settings that apply to Insights.

Each time you create an Insight, select the Privacy Setting that is right for you.

1. Publicly Accessible to Anyone with the URL - Anyone with the URL can view your Insight - *This does not mean the Insight is searchable on Google, but it can be accessed by anyone with the URL

   • Select Show Controls to allow public users some options for customizations

   • You can make your Insight Password Protected, requiring anyone outside of your Team to enter a password to view the Insight

2. Only People on my Team Can See This - Only members of your Team can view your Insight, as long as they are logged into the platform

3. Only I Can See This - You are the only person who can view your Insight
