File Privacy settings

There are two privacy settings that apply to both Assessments and Insights.

Each time you create an Assessment or Insight, select the privacy setting that is right for you.

Only I can see this: This privacy setting makes the insight or project private to you only.
Only people on my team can see this: This privacy setting makes the insight or project available to you and any other member of your team that has a Metopio subscription.
TIP: if you are sharing insights with colleagues that don't have a Metopio log in they will need to be Publicly Available.
Publicly accessible to anyone with the URL: This privacy setting makes the insight or project available to anyone who has the link or URL. This does not mean the insight is searchable on Google but if the URL is shared, it can be accessed.
TIP: if you are ever concerned over the privacy of the insight, you can change it at any time. Any insights that go from public to private will simply display a message that the "insight is no longer available."
